Newcomer's Guide to the City of Vancouver

The Newcomer's Guide is intended to inform new residents about the city, its community agencies, and services. Although it is intended for people new to the city, many long-time residents may also find it useful. It's important to note that the guide was created in 2001 and has not been updated since. Therefore, for the most current information, please refer to the website version of the guide.
